Project Snapshots

Online Training for Teaching Hospital Professional Certificate

In 2024, we partnered with a large NIH-designated teaching hospital and academic health science center to better promote health equity in historically marginalized communities by increasing engagement of cancer center staff across the country in their Professional Certificate in Community Outreach and Engagement training.

We applied evidence-based strategies to redesign course structure by aligning organizational goals, learning goals, and assessment; and developing assessments, instructional materials, and facilitation guides with live session plans. Curriculum maps and quality review reports support future grant proposals.

The result was higher retention rates, increased community impact, and an improved learning experience praised for its clarity, relevance, and sustainability, with clients calling the redesigned course “phenomenal” and the facilitator guide “key to the program’s success.”

Online Onboarding for Corporate New Hires

In 2023, we partnered with a minority-owned business providing physical security services, to better prepare newly hired security guards to emulate the organizational core values in the field.

We conducted a needs analysis and applied evidence-based strategies to develop interactive eLearning accessible through employees’ mobile devices.

The result was new hires better able to demonstrate the core values, integrate into company culture, and implement an action plan for their performance on the job.
